Additional storage can be purchased for individual Offices. List pricing for additional storage is one flat rate of $0.60 /MB/year and can be purchased in 50 MB increments.

	$125.00 an hour (one hour minimum) (During your 30 day trial you will receive 3 hours of database customization and 2 hours of cleaning, sorting and importing of data at no charge.)

You must be a member of My LTC Office™ to receive a user name. If You are a support staff You will not receive a user name. Your name will be locked into the system and show up on all quotes and policy comparisons. Included in Your subscription is 30 quotes. Additional quotes are available for purchase. **When You quote premiums for a policy, each time you calculate a premium it is counted as one quote. If You select 3 carriers to quote at once, it only counts as 1 quote.

You must be a member of My LTC Office™ to receive a user name and password. If You are a support staff You will not receive a user name and password. Your name will be locked into the system and show up on all reports run. Included in Your subscription is 100 reports per month. Once you reach your 100 reports, you will not be allowed to run anymore that month. Each report You run counts as one report. If you click on print group or print package, each report checked counts as one report. Please note, customer service for LTCi POM is provided by LTCi Decision Systems.*
