My LTC Office™ includes a calendar that helps keep you organized by keeping track of all your meetings, appointments, and other events. You can use the calendar to schedule meetings with other members of your office, and also to post events of general interest, like an agency meeting. You can set reminders that pop up on your desktop even if you are not online. Additionally, you can set reminders to automatically email people before the event.

Use the calendar to keep track of:
Scheduled Events: meetings, appointments, seminars, etc.
Personal Events: doctor's appointments, etc.
Project Dates: deadlines, milestones, etc.

Agency Events: meetings, holidays, etc.

You also have the ability to upload documents to a calendar event. For example, your assistant could upload the proposals for your appointment and they would be at your fingertips the day of the appointment.

Share your calendar with other members of My LTC Office™
If you have an assistant or other people you work with, you may want to consider sharing your calendar with others. You can set permission levels such as VIEW only, or EDIT. For example, if you have an assistant he/she can set your appointments for you and enter them on your calendar. There are settings to allow you to mark calendar events private so others cannot see them.

Synchronize your calendar with Microsoft Outlook® and Palm Devices™.
If you are like most people, you’re already using several different devices to keep your appointments. You might be using your Palm and/or Microsoft Outlook®. Synchronization takes the headache out of maintaining several Calendars. When you synchronize, you take all the information from one Calendar, make a copy of it, and then put it in another Calendar. For example, you can export the Calendar information in My LTC Office™ office and put it in your Palm or on your Outlook® so you'll be able to see what's scheduled even when you are not online. A few days later, after you've added more appointments to your Palm, Outlook™, or to My LTC Office™, you can synchronize again to make sure all of them are displaying the same information.

Synchronization is a great way to load up your web Office Calendar for the first time. If you already have information stored in Microsoft Outlook, for example, you can import it directly in My LTC Office™, making it available to other members of your Office—without re-typing.

Reminders are carried over when you synchronize, too. So if you have a meeting reminder set up in your Office, and then sync with your Palm, you'll get the reminder on your Palm and from your Office.
